Rates
Sliding fee scale ranging from $90 to $200 per 60-minute session.
Insurance
At this time I don't accept health insurance. I may be able to provide you an invoice upon request for possible reimbursement from insurance or FSA account. Please check with your provider for more information.
Payment
Cash, check or credit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me with at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If I miss an appointment without notifying you, you will not be charged for the next session!
